My Story:
As a little girl growing up in North Carolina, I always knew I wanted to be a school teacher. After receiving my degree in middle grades education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, my childhood dream has become a rewarding reality. In my classroom, I try to integrate technology in all of my lessons. I am thrilled to be part of the Rockingham County Middle School 7th and 8th grade Language Arts teams, and I am looking forward to being your teacher during the 2014 - 2015 schoool year.
I enjoy being a mother to three very active children. Lydia is involved in cheerleading and dance, while Trey and Riley are involved in football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. We stay extremely busy as a family, but during our down time we love to read and spend time at the beach.
